1. Service Agreement
By authorizing repair work with Bender Mender Automotive Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All work performed is subject to these terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Estimates & Repair Policies
All estimates are based on visible damage at the time of inspection. Hidden or additional damage discovered during repair may require a supplemental estimate. We will notify you and your insurance carrier before performing any additional work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from issue date.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of repair unless covered by an approved insurance claim. We accept cash, credit cards, and insurance direct-pay. Vehicles not retrieved within 7 days of repair completion may incur storage fees.
4. Liability Limitations
We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. While we exercise reasonable care, we cannot be held liable for damage to your vehicle caused by acts of God, fire, theft, or vandalism while in our possession beyond the limits of our garage-keeper insurance.
5. Warranty & Guarantee
We provide a limited lifetime warranty on workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. The warranty covers paint adhesion, panel alignment, and structural repair quality. The warranty does not cover normal wear, rust originating from outside the repair area, or damage from subsequent collisions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on bendermenderautomotive.com — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Bender Mender Automotive Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from services provided shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Richland County, South Carolina.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
